Micheal Spitaels is currently Vice President of Investment Banking at State Street Bank. He has over 15 years of Investment Banking experience in a broad range of industries at State Street Bank and at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Spitaels has completed over 40 transactions, including M&A advisory assignments (both buy-side and sell-side mandates), joint ventures, private placements and public offerings of both debt and equity, leveraged buyouts and valuations. He earned his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University, and his MBA at Babson Graduate School of Business.
