Oakley joined North Atlantic Capital in 2007, after working for 4 years in the Financial Services Advisory practice at Ernst & Young in Boston, MA. While at Ernst & Young, he provided business consulting services to an array of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small asset managers. Oakley graduated from Colgate University in 2002, with degrees in economics and political science. Oakley grew up in mid-coast Maine, where he was an Instructor with outdoor education provider Outward Bound during college.
