Scott joined North Atlantic Capital in 2004. Scott previously spent more than
eight years at Affinity Industries, where he held various business development
and management positions in New Hampshire and California. Affinity was
purchased by Lydall (NYSE: LDL) in 2001. Following the acquisition, Scott
managed Lydall's Active Thermal Group business development and M&A activities.
Scott earned a BS in Management/Finance from Purdue University.
