Justin joined North Atlantic Capital in 2025. Previously, Justin worked as a credit analyst at Palmer Square Capital Management where he covered the aerospace & defense, airlines and automotive industries, and he also has experience as a debt finance attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Justin earned a BA in economics and Russian from Kenyon College where he played varsity lacrosse and served as team captain, later earning his JD/MBA cum laude from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management. In addition, Justin served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Artillery Officer at 1^st Battalion, 12^th Marines in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and as a leadership and warfighting instructor at The Basic School in Quantico, Virginia.

Justin is a proud native of Maine. He enjoys fly fishing in the spring and summer to bide the time until fall, when you can find him in the marsh with his black lab / best friend, Hank, waterfowl hunting and training for dog competitions.
