Mike Nitka is a Managing Director at Stifel Financial and partner and member of the investment committee of the Stifel North Atlantic AM-Forward Fund. Mike has been with Stifel since 2012, developing the firm’s capabilities dedicated to investing in and supporting small and medium businesses. Mike joined Stifel from Cantor Fitzgerald, where he built and managed a specialty corporate loan platform. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, he specialized in investment origination at several global banks. Mike received a BBA from Loyola University Maryland and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. As a volunteer, he participates in the advisory board of 51Vets and is also a member of the Fair Haven, NJ Planning Board.

Outside of the office, Mike is a dad of three and a dog, and spends as much time as possible in the mountains in the winter and on the water in the summer.
